1. After starting the application, enter the last 10 digits of the mobile number to confirm the authentication to the system running on the PC side. Once authenticated, a 4-digit OTP (One Time Password) for identity verification will be sent via SNS, and you can log on by entering that value.
2. You will receive an SMS notification that you have been assigned to cleaning work from an application running on your PC. (It is possible if you are registered on the PC side even if you are not logged on.) When you log on, the dashboard screen will change, and you can select and check the matter you are working on
and the matter you have finished.
3. The worker confirms the inspection plan, starts the inspection at the designated place and time, and carries out the inspection according to the specified checklist. It is possible to add photos and comments in addition to the evaluation for each item.
4. After the inspection is completed, fill in the necessary comments, complete the report and send it. The report is stored in the DB of the system on the PC side via the Internet. If you work in a place where the internet is not available, it will be automatically sent when the workers mobile phone goes out to the internet operable area.
